Q: Will the decoder allow this head unit to play audio through all speakers with surround sound? My friend bought this head unit for his X164 gl: https://avinusa.com/9-touchscreen-multimedia-navigation-system-for-mercedes-benz-ml-gl-2005-2012-model-px6904gb64-mlgl.html The fiber optic decoder he was sent plugged in nice but would only allow the front speakers to work or the year but not both. Q: does this support the side camera for the 2007 (W164) Mercedes ML63 AMG? Gidday! The Command (stereo) unit that I have is similar to the one in Example 4. Usually I access the side camera (to assist with parking to prevent curbing the wheels) via INFO > Side Camera. Also I will want to be able to access internet with this (4G or 5G). I will also be using the Mercedes Me Adapter (Bluetooth OBD2) - so I'm guessing that I'll just install the Mercedes Me app. Or am I best to use the included OBD2 connectivity? Q: Compatibility and installation tutorial Hello, I am very interested by this GPS module but I would need some clarification before ordering: is it compatible with Mercedes GL (X164, 08/2007) with Harman Kardon ? Could I receive an installation guide (specifically how to connect this product to the existing installation)? Q: Product and option recommendation I have a 2008 Mercedes ML350 with factory navigation, factory backup camera, steering wheel controls, and Harmon Kardon audio system with the factory subwoofer and rear audio. I use an iPhone that I would like to utilize CarPlay on, and to install a usb interface port to plug my phone into in the car. I would like the port to be able to play music from my phone and charge it at the same time. Also, I would like to use the SD card slot to play music through.
