August 4, 20232011 Audi Q5 Android/Apple Carply Screen. Good customer service. Product is okay, except there is a problem with the surround sound
- So far everything works except for the sound when using apple carplay/bluetooth. The sound only comes out of the driver side speakers. The sound works as it should when you use the oem radio function.
The screen is fast to respond. It looks great too, like OEM. I would recommend this product if they figure out how to make it work the way it should.
The customer service from Carrie and Jasmine is very good. They respond quickly to help you resolve the issue. It seems like they don't have all of the products working properly yet. Hopefully they help me fix the issues and I can write a better review.

- Very good deal for upgrading your stock indash screen. Price is the best you can find. And Customer service is very good as well. When I had a couple issues on my install. They responded to my email to get the problem resolved. Will definitely buy again and recommend.

- The screen is overall well built, connectors are sometimes fiddly in the small space you have to work in but that's to be expected.
Android auto can sometimes be glitchy with Bluetooth but once you get the hang of it, it works really well and is awesome in a car.
Other apps work well and are handy when you need them, steering wheel control was hard to setup if it doesn't work right away but if any issue arises during setup you have a very helpful and responsive customer service at your disposal.
All the add-ons like the rearview camera, dab and dashcam are all worth the extra cost and work perfectly.
Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would buy another one in the future or for my friends/family.

October 19, 2023A great product that transfer your C7 Audi from 2010's to 2020's
- Great product, I really love it.
- Seamless wireless connection to Apple CarPlay (before: only by wire)
- Big screen with "juicy" colors. Much more is visible, it completely transforms the entertainment system in terms of usability
- Possibility to use all Android apps you can think of - not only Youtube, but for example Canal+ - i have a TV subsciption there with online access and the device plays it perfectly, so I can watch live TV while e.g. waiting for someone in my car
One more thing: there was a glitch in the way the system worked in Apple CarPlay mode. I reported it to the support, they sent me an update file and - poof! - the problem is gone (the problem was related to the fact, that in CarPlay mode the 360 camera switched back to CarPlay screen when you changed the gear to "D" while it should have kept the parking system visible for front manoeuvres).
