- I bought a head Seicane unit for my VW Tiguan over 3 years ago.
The unit has been working faultlessly since installation.
Every time I contacted customer service, asking for support, I received an answer within a few hours solving the problem (which was due to a reinstallation on my end), and providing the required software via a downloadable file.

- This Screen is a pretty good unit. It has the newer car software and it looks sleek and new like newer 2020 car screens. I got an Android 6.0 screen from another company before and it was an old style android unit and it sucked because I had to use a cable for my android phone. This one is seamless wireless connection through Bluetooth to your phone and no wires needed to connect! Very nice product. Mine was missing screws for the brackets for the unit to holster onto the car dash and there was no instructions included so I had to email the SEICANE team for help but luckily they respond quick so I didn't have to wait more than an hour or two for a response. Overall I highly recommend the screen and paired with the wireless rearview camera to further make your car have new car features!

- The unit is good.
Support so far have been good.
Had issues with the unit I have as it has a new operating system so the manual didn't quite match up.
Hopefully the manual will be updated with the feedback.
Had a wire missing for the power amplifier for the antenna and the one for the reverse input.
But going through the manual I sorted it out.
Hopefully this will also be made clearer in future manuals and instructions.
