- Purchased the unit a while back and could not adjust the audio settings..
After reaching out to Seicane Support, they requested me to send them my invoice and a video of the issue.
The customer service team reached out to me under 48hr and took care of the issue with an Update Link for Android 10.
After unziping the original file sent and leaving the "update.zip" file ziped on formated USB drive the update worked like a charm..
Now all my audio setting are working properly and I can finally enjoy the Seicane unit to the fullest.
Thank you Seicane for swift response and all the help.

- This review is for the 10.26" Carplay Dash Camera Dvr Android Auto ADAS WiFi FM Rearview Camera Support 4K H.265 1080P SKU#80113908.
The unit arrived after just over a week from ordering. The components are all sturdy and the display was larger that it looked in prior videos but of very nice quality. I am not a car person but through the videos I managed to figure out how to do a factory like installation of the backup camera. I had to do some searching for wiring the automatic switching of the camera but it's totally dependent on the model. Short story is that the red wire goes to the positive of the backup lights. A multimeter is useful to have to isolate the appropriate cables. I had to turn the car on. Fully engage the Parking Brake (VERY IMPORTANT) put the car in reverse and find the wires that had voltage going through it (White reverse lights). Then I just had to connect the red wire to the positive.
Mounting wise the adhesive REALLY sticks. Make sure to clean the mounting location well and then use some isopropyl alcohol prior to mounting to ensure good adhesion. Once you mount it it will NOT budge so be very sure. I wish the mount could also swivel left to right as well as tilting but I made it work.
Still some cleanup of loose wires but I will get a wiring loom for that.

Price is great but value is lower due to hifg cost the have it installed (Over $500.00) Most audio shops won't touch Android installs from China and don't want to deal with MB Bose fiber optic AMP and speakers. I used an independent certified installer and still had wiring problems and questions that ultimately we figured out ourselves.
Quality of Radio, Music Android auto setup and Bluetooth is fine. Quality is only 3 Stars because wrong antenna adapter was supplied and decoder box was cheap and defective. I sourced a new decoded on Amazon which worked great and was of better quality. In addition, no wiring instructions are provided (XISEDO sends very detailed instructions). There are some YouTube video that can help with how to bypass fiber optics using MB coupler available on Amazon. (Genuine Mercedes-Benz Adapter 000-545-33-84 )
You can get antenna adapter (40-VW10) from Best Buy and decoder box on Amazon XISEDO D2B FIBER OPTIC DECODER. My 2004 SL500 has D2B FO not MOST.
Alot of installers have problem with audio. First you need to bypass CD Player, SOS, Voice module etc. while maintaining the BOSE AMP and speakers in the FO loop. Make sure you connect the Blue wire on the Decoder box to the BOSE AMP "wake up" factory wire. This will enable the audio. Steering controls using CAN connections worked fine.
