      After waiting 60 days to receive this head unit had it installed and watched as they did the install. Got a HD TV tuner it did not receive signal went back and forth by email to get to work. But never did. They wanted me to send it to China when it came out of Ohio and shipping and handling would cost more then it was worth. The bluetooth OBDII DOES NOT work with is head unit either. It does show it on the bluetooth list but will not connect Now after 2 months the head unit itself will not power up. Has power to the the head unit but still nothing. DO NOT BY FROM THIS COMPANY USELEES YOU JUST WANT TO GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

      I have installed it 2 days ago.

      1) I cannot connect to my steering wheel buttons.
      Why?
      the electronic module for connection to the steering buttons
      via the canbus is not included.
      In your description , it said that it can be connected.

      My earlier HU was also from your company
      order number: 105307273
      My Merc SLK 200 R171
      year 2007
      Right hand drive
      Vin Number: WDB1714422F184757
      May 7, 2019

      And have no problem with connection to the steering button
      because the electronic module was included.

      2) the touchscreen is very difficult to press for some.
      I have to press very very hard to get a response.
      Is there any solution?

      3) the installer have lost or misplaced my user manual.
      How can I get a copy of it?

      I have emailed to your company but no solution.
      Picture 1 = the new HU rotatable screen
      Piture 2 = the electronic module in the earlier HU

      PLEASE help & reply.

      Can I send back for a refund if there is no solution.
