Q: I purchased for my Escape 2013 SEL sync 2 and it doesn't work The canbus doesn't have all the right connections. I get no sound and my steering controls are not connected to the head unit because there is no connection for the main wire harness. I get power only. Further the connections for the 4g antennas were damaged and wasn't able to screw them on.. I've sent and email including my order number for help with this. Unhappy with the result so far.
