1.you need to buy the carplay extraly,it is wired:

2.yes,you can use the current ceiling microphone for hands free calling and voice recognition.
3.of course,you can still use the steering wheel controls.
4.this unit can't work with your factory backup camera,you need to buy a new one from option.
