Q: LX470 compatible Will this work on 2002 lx470 with Nav and Mark Levinson? I want to add backup camera as well Picture is attached I also asked about another unit, are there multiple options that would work without losing AC controls and can use existing antenna? PorLuther 20/07/2023

yes, this unit works with your car. it supports AC controls.you can try existing antenna but it is better to use the new antenna included.
