Q: LX470 compatible Will this work on 2002 lx470 with Nav and Mark Levinson? I want to add backup camera as well Picture is attached I also asked about another unit, are there multiple options that would work without losing AC controls and can use existing antenna? ByLuther Jul 20, 2023

yes, this unit works with your car. it supports AC controls.you can try existing antenna but it is better to use the new antenna included.
