- I purchased this unit back in Decemeber, but did alot of research before parting with my money. This unit is exactly what it says on the box, but you can do loads more with it. Seicane's support function have incredeble customer service also. The unit comes with everything you need for a simple plug and play option. Also you are fully updated with progress of your order from payment to delivery. The andriod software is very responsive and and loads apps super quick.
I had an issue with the radio frequency as it kept jumping, but the customer support team quickly sent me a link for a firmware update and that quickly fixed the problem as well as simple steps to follow. This unit sits flush in place of the original stereo by Mercedeces, but has lots more features.
Overall I am more then happy with this product and customer service and the only critique if any I have is that the amplifier to change your sound setting is limited, but does the job.
Highly recommend and would use these guys again.
