- Hi I would truly like to thank you guys for sending me the information about programming the radio to my 2010 Cadillac SRX I looked at the videos I did what you guys asked me to do and everything is working properly I want to truly thank you guys for everything!!! - This unit was fairly easy to connect even with the lack of an installation manual. The screen is beautiful. All of my accessories worked, steering wheel, A/C, heated seats etc. The sound quality is better than the stock head unit. The only issue I have is the hands free microphone is terrible. It is built into the unit and is unusable. So muffled, no one can understand what I say. It would be good if a remote microphone could be connected, but there is no way to do it. I ended up getting a separate hands free which is a pain in the butt. I recommend getting a Sim card for this unit. It makes the unit more usable, maps, xm, Spotify, etc.
