For the price I am impressed with how it came out, I took a gamble by ordering from this site as the reputation with places like this aren't the best. However, I can say that despite the slight issues I had, I was able to find a solution and now that they are fixed I regret nothing. The issues I was having for you reference are: 1) The steering wheel control app would refuse to assign more than one function, 2) The User Interface changed on me randomly one day and I couldn't change it back because the settings asked for a password that I did not have and customer service could not find either. The solutions though were: 1) The "Plug and Play" harness that was sent with the unit had 2 extra pins for the key1 and key 2 that were not supposed to be used on the 6 pin speaker plug, I compared the terminals from the site images to my car's wiring diagram and found that one of those pins was being grounded with my car's Illumination - circuit, causing the unit to constantly be receiving a signal of some sort, I removed those 2 pins and now the Steering Wheel Controls work flawlessly. 2) I was able to find the password online with some Google searches to change the UI back to the original. For your reference, the password for the "UI Style" in the system settings is 111333.
Overall, I like the headunit, it does everything I wanted including loading up Google Maps to check my commute right on my dashboard using my phone as a mobile hotspot so the headunit has internet. The bluetooth is also rather good, but I wish the unit had a plug for an external microphone instead of the built in one, the trim fits pretty close to stock and makes the whole unit look factory. Pretty good unit for this price especially when you compare the pricing to similar brand name units also running Android.
