Q: I've been informed by my installer - Nevada Auto Sound - Reno Nevada That your cabling and interfaces do not connect to the amplifier uses by a Mercedes S430, and that significant rewiring would be required to make it work. In addition the wood facing that you provide is only the burled walnut - which does not coincide with some of your installation pictures on your site. Do you have the adapters needed to connect your unit to the Mercedes amplifier properly? Do you have different wood facings available that match that of the car? If you do not have at least the ability to interface your unit properly with the Mercedes S 430 amplifier, are you really NOT going to allow me to return the unit for a refund? ByC.
