This appears to be the HD Radio tuner I've been curious about with your units, specifically one for a 2017 Subaru Forester Premium, which already has HD Radio built into the receiver. I actually upgraded another vehicle (that did not have an HD Radio capable receiver) with a 7" double DIN unit with an HD Radio tuner built in. The stock antenna worked fine and the receiver picks up HD signals without issue. Basically, no special antenna needed. Will the USB device work if I can get the stock antenna connected to it?

Hello, I have a 2009 subaru forester. I am looking to by an android head unit for my car along with this device. My current head unit is able to display song names, artists, etc. Would I be able to hook up my stock antenna to this adapter?
