Q: 2018 WRX Base Hey guys, I have a 2018 WRX Base, it has the 7in Starlink system, non - Harmon Karmon OEM headunit. I am fairly certain that his will fit, what I would like to know is if I can retain my stock back up camera. I also do have SXM Radio, and am not sure if this would retain that or not. My other question is regarding harnesses, is there any other harnesses needed for say steering wheel control, the center console USB or AUX cord, anything such as that? You guys have made a sweet HU, I am hoping to get my hands on one! Included is a shot of the dash, and a close up of the model number of the Headunit. Thank you so much, and have a great one! This unit has AUX and USB cables and The radios do not come with an internal satellite radio tuner. This means that in order to listen to satellite radio, you need to either use an external satellite tuner and plug into the AUX cables in the rear of the radio, or use the bluetooth streaming feature from a smartphone using the free Sirius/XM app , or you can also download the free Sirius/XM app on this android unit.

Q: Speaker Outputs I have read in numerous places that the Harmon-Kardon amp likely needs to have un-amplified (line out) connections to avoid distortion and some sellers for these sell adapters for the RCA out connections to speaker wire (which i assume you then have to splice into the harness somehow. Where i get confused is that this unit shows 2 sets of audio outputs (1 in the harness itself and separately on the RCA output port). Are the ones in the harness are amplified signals and the ones in the RCA are un-amplified signals or are they both amplified? BySquattingBear Oct 26, 2017
