      I have the Navigation Unit as shown in your photo of Unit 2. It has a factory amp in the rear. I am concerned that this until will not provide a signal to that amp. Can you confirm or deny whether it connects?

    • how do I integrate this with existing factory backup camera/withing?

      I have a few questions, I did read all the other questions/answers and most of my concerns were addresses there.
      This is for a 2008

      1) if I have a factory backup camera what do I need to do to make it work with this radio?

      2) is it full Android? I've heard some other 'Android' radios not being full Android and some features are removed/locked down. Can I go to Google play store and download any apps, like Netflix etc?

      This unit can support your original car's rear camera if your car's rear camera has AV plug. If your car's rear camera doesn't have AV plug,then need to buy one adapter.
      the unit is full Android, you can go to the Google play store and download any apps

      hi. this product seems to be the newest. But for Touareg, you have many more this kind of item. Can I please you to help me in decision, which one will be best for my needs. I have a 2005 touareg, actual radio-navi is RNS2 DVD. So i have some questions:
      1. most of this kind of product are for the CAN 2.0 which was used in touareg but in the model from 2007 ad up. In my car is CAN 1.6. and in the most product control from steering wheel don't work. So, do you really sure that your unit work fine?
      2. I don't saw any answer for this, but can i'll be see (as it's now) the radio station and rds communication, navigation communication and telephone calls, in the lcd combi-instrument display (see photo)?
      3. I want also to instal your DVR cam, and rearview cam. so. Do you have some better DVR cam which record i full-HD because this cam. in the set, is very poor; only 30fps in hd-ready, no night vision, etc.
      Second thing. Is the rear view cam. are automatically run with the reverse gear? the helping lines in the display are dynamic or static? How look the cam, and what parameters it have?

      I already have a built in Sat Nav system that I am replacing so can I use the original built in gps aerial (see photo of wiring).

      Does this unit have a random playback feature for the music player.

    • Question is about compatabilty with my car etc.

      My car is a VW Touareg 2006 UK model Chassiss number WVGZZZ7LZ6Dxxxxxx.

      I don't think it has got OBD2 system I think it is OBD1.6 but I am not absolutely sure. Will the OBD adaptor work if not.

      Can you let me know if my Multifunction display (between dials in photo) will work with this unit.
      Can you let me know if all of my steering wheel buttons will work, ie phone accept/end volume, skipping channels and songs.
      Does this unit have a separate microphone for the phone as the built in one seems to be on the left of the unit whereas in the UK I will need it on th right side ie R.H. drive car so it would pick up a lot of noise if not.

      Do you have a DAB radio unit that can be controlled with this unit.

      I live in Costa Rica and have a 2008 VW touerag and out of all the units you have....about 4, ranging from 375 dollars up to 425 dollars.....you recommended the most expensive one....why? Please list benefits? Is the most expensive one better to interface with a original VW toureag unit or are the other the same in installing like a VW. What is wrong with the unit for 375 dollars?       I want to install this unit in a VW touareg v6tdi 2006 and I have some questions

      - can I use my curent OEM backup camera?...
      - can I have to simulateous video sources ( for example...on the main screen to see navigation and on the back screen to see ipod video)...or any other combination of sources
      - how fast this unit will start...boot ( for example...now I have installed on the car an kenwood unit and it takes allmost 30sec untill the unit is ready to work)...can I see de backup camera even the unit is still loading the OS?
      - the dvb-t option will be compatible with Romanian DVB-T brodcast?...the DVB-t option is controled from the main screen or I have to use an remote?...is dvb-t hd compatibe?
      - what is mirror link option?...( is a software or a hardware add to the main unit )... For example I use an Iphone 5s I will conect this phone by cable or wifi?...if I will conect by cable my phone will be charged in this time?
      - can you send me a installation manual or an user manual to learn moore about this product?
      - I want to buy this product on my company name...can you give me a bill with my company name on it?
      - how long will take the ship to romania?
      - is this unit upgradable? ( android os software and special drivers )

      2. This unit has dual zone function for navigation and radio, music play etc at the same time.

      3. It will start in about 10 seconds.

      4. Yes, DVB-T can work in Romania.You can control via the unit.

      5. Mirror Link is function built in the unit. You can connect your iphone by WiFi.

      6. Sorry, we have no installation or user manual for this unit at present. You can refer to the following manual. It is quite similar. Please arrange a professional to install it. If you have any questions about installation,please send us photos about your original car's plugs. Maybe we can make a wiring diagram for your car.
