      I bought this radio in 2019 (ordner number #105314583) with Android 9
      Is it possible to update it to the Android 10 version? Can you send me the files?

      Why would I need to buy a single din DVD as an option when this is a dvd player anyway?
      would I need to buy a digital radio option if my car already has digital radio

      I have a 2016 Ford Focus SE Hatchback and want to know if this unit will work with existing Ford factory back up camera. Also, do you have installation instructions / video I can review before ordering? Does installation require any special tools?

      This unit can not support your car's factory rear view camera and you can select the option rear view camera when place order and this unit is plug and play , easy installation and I am sorry we have no installation instructions for this unit. Please arrange a professional to install it. If you have any questions about installation,please send us photos about your original car's plugs. we can make a wiring diagram for your car.And it has all needed cables , and you don't need other tools and Could you please send us the photo of your car's dashboard?
