Не могли бы вы сообщить нам, почему вы хотите обновиться? Некоторые функции не работают?
Обновления не имеют новых функций и могут вызвать другие проблемы, поэтому мы не рекомендуем обновлять систему, если нет проблем с устройством.
И для версии, не может обновить ее, потому что разные версии используются в разных устройствах, она не универсальна. не может использовать устройство, если обновиться до другой версии
