Why does the controller Box keep failing? The 1st one I got the controller Box just fell apart 2nd one I got shorted out after a year. Do you have a better one that will work with my PX5 ?

I have your excellent H240G so can this be used in addition to the standard Canbus OEM steering wheel control? My steering wheel control is limited but I want to keep the existing volume and phone controls as they are and use this remote control for extra functions. So can I use both systems at the same time?
