Q: I currently own this unit; having nothing but issues is it possible to update the software or something to 8.0? or any update? it's currently running 7.1.2 and it's constantly force closing apps and half of the add on features do not work (i cannot get my front dvr cam to even stay running). Bluetooth cuts in and out and wifi doesn't auto connect. OBD2 didn't connect at all and neither would the car play dongle i purchased from you. the head unit will NOT even allow for me to factory reset it. I'm at a loss and very disappointed so far.
