dear, thanks for your message. 1.yes,our unit can support steering wheel controls. 2.If the plug of the camera video in cable of your original car is the same as ours(NO.6),then it can support your factory backup camera. 3.our unit can support Google maps . 4. All of our products are covered by 3 years warranty for its replacement and repair. 5.Generally we don't suggest the customer to upgrade the unit,because the system will be chaotic,and some functions may be not available.
