My wife factory reset the head unit because wireless Carplay was having audio lag and not there's more audio lag and we no longer have the offline GPS app. How can we get the GPS app back and can I switch off the wireless Carplay and only use wired? Everytime I try using wired, I get a message saying connect otg cable.
