Will this fit on my car with steering wheel on the right hand side and will it fit

In South Africa the Great Wall Wingle 6 is called a GWM Steed 6 . It is not equiped with double din but only cd player and radio. So there is also no rearview camera installed because no screen. Your product will fit perfectly into my car although the steering wheel is on the right-hand side as mentioned.
