Several questions

I have dual air continioner Honda accord 2006 2.0 sport EU.
1. You mention at specs that:
Video Parameter
Frequency response 20Hz-20KHz (±3dB)
but
Audio Parameter
Frequency Response 42HZ- 20KHZ
What does this actually mean? When you are watching dvd you can hear frequencies to 20Hz-20KHz (±3dB), but when you are listening music you hear only 42HZ- 20KHZ? If so, then why am I missing frequencies 20Hz to 41Hz when I'm only listening music?
And "Input/Output" specs you say:
Audio output Stereo CD Quality (which is up to 44kHz?)
So what is the right one?
2. Does the bottom dash (buttons) illuminate?
3.What is amplifiers RMS (Watts) output?
4. If I install extra amplifier, can I use rca-cables 7, 8, 12, 13 to connect the amplifier? and just speaker wires back from amplifier and connect them to the original speaker wires? Or what is the easiest way to add amp, but still use the old speaker wiring? And do you already have wiring harness to that?
5. There is only 1 rca sub out (rca cable 9). I couldn't find any instructions how to install sub with only 1 rca cable, so do you have any instructions?
