Thanks for contact us and apologizes for the late response.
Our radios do not come with an internal satellite radio tuner. This means that in order to listen to satellite radio, you need to either use an external satellite tuner and plug into the AUX cables in the rear of the radio, or use the bluetooth streaming feature from a smartphone using the free Sirius/XM app ，also use Sirius/XM app in our android radio .

so sorry that it can't hook up to the hotspot from your phone.
this unit has build-in wifi. you can connect the wifi hotspots to surf the web. it can also support 3G&4G internet. it requires to buy 4G module from options and insert a SIM card.
