Please can you tell me if this unit is compatible, and will operate with the original Mercedes Multiplayer CD System that is located in the rear compartment behind the passengers seat and operates with the factory installed Mercedes Comand head unit?

HI I have 2004 Mercedes Sl55 AMG. Has the upgraded stereo, amp, and subwoofer - I want to keep the current amp/speaker/sub setup. 2004 should have dabs. I think the info on the website says I need the SC131 adapter, but the check box for ordering for 2003 and 2004 says it is for the MOST system. I'm pretty sure I have dabs. Do I need to dissassemble the unit in the trunk to see what I have? I want to order the unit but don't know which fiber adapters I need. From your website, I am attaching the photo of the unit in my car, which is stock from 2004. I don't have the extra knob shown in the upper right=hand corner. Thank you.
