dear, The radios do not come with an internal satellite radio tuner. This means that in order to listen to satellite radio, you need to either use an external satellite tuner and plug into the AUX cables in the rear of the radio, or use the bluetooth streaming feature from a smartphone using the free Sirius/XM app. Could you please send us the photo of your car's dashboard to [email protected]? I took the unit to a stereo shop to have it installed. It has power and works on but the clock reads 00:00.. I can't set it.
