Q: I just received the unit for 2017 Honda ridgeline I received the unit and upon inspection I noticed that on the harness bag they are three individually GPS antennas but there is only one GPS plug, so why are there so many? Could you please explain. Also the front unit touch screen has a screen protector but has many scratches, is this just to protect the screen during shipping and installation,and removed later, or this is there to stay permanently? 1.It should be the GPS antenna and 2 of 4G antennas, please install it refer to the wiring diagram in attachment.
2.For the plastic film on the screen, you need to remove it. It is to protect the screen during shipping and installation.

If the plug of the camera video out cable of your original car is the same as ours camera video in(NO.5),then it can support your factory backup camera.
This car radio can connect to your Steering Wheel Controls.

Q: What happened when the product not brings the correct power harness??? The answer is in the details The whole process of installing the radio to my vehicle has been frustrating and disappointing. The power harnesses do not match, photos of the problem have been sent to them and now they request a video. I don't really recommend them as a product, not as a company. I had high expectations for the product, but in the end I was disappointed. Of this I don't bother you anymore. Q: H2297L Unit I have a 2019 Honda Ridgeline, it has the same dash layout as the 2018 pilot. My question is in regards to features that my factory radio accesses. With my factory head unit I have access to what Honda calls an inbed audio system. I am interesting in upgrading the radio but do not wish to loose the ability to utilize the feature in my truck. Also, there back up camera has multiple views, I would like be able to retain that feature as well. Is it possible to do that with this head unit? Bychad Nov 15, 2019
