Q: Hi, i have a 2004 sl 55 amg Does this unit work with a boose system that is installed in the car? Do i need a external 3 or 4G module installed If i do not use my phone as a internethub when i use the gps or internet in the unit? Does all the connections fit without modyfying them in the car? The radios do not come with an internal satellite radio tuner. This means that in order to listen to satellite radio, you need to either use an external satellite tuner and plug into the AUX cables in the rear of the radio, or use the bluetooth streaming feature from a smartphone using the free Sirius/XM app , or you can also download the free Sirius/XM app on this android unit.

Q: OK I will ask this again since you didnt answer my quesetion last time I'll ask this again since you gave me a completely random answer last time. I have a 2004 Bose system on my car. The adaptor says for 2005 and up BOSE system. Why are you telling me to order that for my car. I assume it has the optical system which seems like it won't work. Q: Can this work with a 2004 SL55 I have a 2004 SL55 with the bose system. What I am looking for is easy install plug and play and to retain the BOSE amp and the speaker use and just have the headunit power it and make sound. The BOSE adapter says for 2005 and above vehicles mine is a 2004 will it still work? Also I am reading on the forums its not really plug and play and you have to cut up the adapter to make it work and fit. According to the pictures on the other posts I do have the correct current radio for it to fit the hole Byjerry Jul 12, 2018
