Q: No video displayed when using external xm receiver, system froze. Installed model S088722 yesterday with SiriusXM external receiver plugged into aux rca jacks. First use, Screen goes black with no video displayed. Pressed home on side, unit unresponsive, unable to get anything to work as if frozen. Press power button goes into standby. Turn off ignition, when ignition turned back on same issue. Not sure what to do, is there a tech support number? ByRoy Feb 12, 2018

The radios do not come with an internal satellite radio tuner. This means that in order to listen to satellite radio, you need to either use an external satellite tuner and plug into the AUX cables in the rear of the radio, or use the bluetooth streaming feature from a smartphone using the free Sirius/XM app , or you can also download the free Sirius/XM app on this android unit.
And Could you please send us the photo of your car's dashboard? And could you please tell us the model and year of your car?
