What is the return policy if the product isn’t defective and I just want to return the unit for a refund?

I was told today by an auto audio company that my 2010 GL 450 is not compatible with anything out there and I’d have to rip out my whole system if I want to upgrade. What is your return policy if I buy and install this and it doesn’t work? What is your warranty? Including my dash photo. I’d like to purchase but very worried that if I spend the money and it doesn’t work I will ruin my car. I will likely have to install myself as no auto audio shops will help bc they aren’t the sellers.

The OEM clock on instrument cluster time is set from OEM radio. Will the Seicane HU set teh oem clock? Will the instrument cluster display the radio station and music tract? Will the instrument cluster display telephone call information?
