On my original head unit, I can change the time of the clock by going into the menus. If I was to change to this head unit, would I loose that functionality?

MY DASH IN MY CAR IS THE SAME AS IN YOUR FOTO AND THE TOP FRONT WIDTH IN MY CAR IS 255 MM AND BOTTOM IS 238MM SO IT WILL FIT.. BUT WILL THE WIRING CONNECTIONS ALL FIT AND ALL WORK OK?
