Q: I have a Mercedes ML 550 2008 model . the car has bee broken into and the cable link to the navigation system cut and the system itself stollen. If I buy your system as replacement will I have the full functionality of my old system. is any special programming involved? ByOJ Mar 21, 2018

Does this unit support the stock ML350 backup/ rearview camera? I understand that you offer a backup camera but I would prefer to use the stock camera that is already installed. Q: I have a 2008 ML550 with a back up camera, will this unit work with my existing camera I am looking to upgrade the Radio in my 2008 ML550 and have a few questions 1) Will this unit support the factory installed back up camera in my ML550? 2) Does this radio have Sirus or XM 3) My car has the Harmon Kardon system, how do I find out if it has the fiber optic amplifier? our back up camera is an optional item,
and you can click it and order directly,
The radios do not come with an internal satellite radio tuner. This means that in order to listen to satellite radio, you need to either use an external satellite tuner and plug into the AUX cables in the rear of the radio, or use the bluetooth streaming feature from a smartphone using the free Sirius/XM app , or you can also download the free Sirius/XM app on this android unit.

Q: 2009 ml320 would work ?? HI , i have a few questions. - I have a 2009 ml320 bluetec and i want to know if this unit will work on my vehicle. It looks very similar to my stock head unit that i have now. - I live in Canada, BC and i want to know if the GPS will work. How would i update the GPS if i need to. - For the backup camera, do i need to buy a specific camera or would any work. Q: 2008 ml350 questions I have four questions in regards to this unit 1. Is the decoder for the Harmon kardon system plug and play or does it require to actually running wires to the subwoofer? 2. If I have a backup camera do I need the add on? Again is that plug and play or does it require installation of a new camera? 3. Most Mercedes radios have Sirius radio built in. Mine does. 1) Basically our fiber optic decoder is plug and play.
2) If your original backup camera has AV plug, then it can be installed on our unit. Or you can also add the rear view camera to your cart when ordering the above unit from us. And basically our rear view camera is plug and play.
3) Our radios do not come with an internal satellite radio tuner. This means that in order to listen to satellite radio, you need to either use an external satellite tuner and plug into the AUX cables in the rear of the radio,
or use the bluetooth streaming feature from a smartphone using the free Sirius/XM app. ( Basically all aftermarket units will work like this.)
4) Yes, our unit support Android 4.4.4 apps. So if the app is compatible with Android 4.4.4, then it can be installed on our unit.
