Q: 2009 Mercedes GL550, with Harmon Cardon system, factory rear camera, factory rear headrest monitors 1. Will the rear tv monitors be able to be connected and display the head unit info? What about displaying DVD while driving? 2. Will the on screen display in the instrument cluster under speedometer display directions or have an error? 3. There are adapters for the factory Mercedes rear camera to a standard video plug will that work? 4. If the unit comes with wireless Car-Play, why do you sell a Car-Play dongle, is it needed? 5. How long is the MOST optical connection to the radio? The optical connections are under the rear passenger bench seat. 6. Will the TPMS system work with the factory TPMS wireless sensors from Mercedes? 7. Will the ATSC TV tuner work while the car is moving and will it display to the rear headrest monitors? 1.yes,the rear tv monitors will be able to be connected and display the head unit info,it will display DVD while driving.
2.the on screen display in the instrument cluster under speedometer will display directions .
3.If the plug of the camera video out cable of your original car is the same as ours camera video in(NO.6),then it can support your factory backup camera.
4.this unit comes with wireless Car-Play,there is no need dongle.
5.it needs 15 minutes.
6.yes,the TPMS system will work with the factory TPMS wireless sensors from Mercedes.
7.yes,the ATSC TV tuner will work while the car is moving and it will display to the rear headrest monitors.
