      Is there a newer version of the software and/or OS that runs the unit that can be uploaded/upgraded/flashed into this model?
      I have a friend with the same car and same unit purchased a few months after me, and his volume works correctly and he has newer APPVER, PlatformVER, CANAPPVER than mine.
      My volume control has some increments where there is no actual increase in volume.

      Does the unit come with a build in mic, I do not see the details in the description nor is there a connection for an external mic.
      The hipping from China is 66.75 USD, I am unable to get it shipped from US to Canada. Do you have a cheaper shipping option, or can you give me some rebates.
