      Hi there, I was wondering if this would retain the factory controls for climate for example, ac, what vents are blowing and the speed of then and the vent sweep. And also if the rear controls will still work?

      Car is a 2005 Ls430

      1. I am in the US, does the product ship from the US or from Hong Kong
      2. What is the return policy including the return address where I need to ship it to
      3. It says it has built-in Apple Carplay., If so, do I need an external dongle for this or is it really builtin
      4. Will this unit support all the button controls that are on the side or the normal Nav screen, like climate, front and rear defogger, sound/equalizer controls, phone, etc.
      5. Will it support all the steering controls like volume, radio, display, phone, etc.
