    • I have two questions for this head unit.

      I have a 2012 Cadillac SRX Performance with the stock head unit. I have two questions please.
      1: Can I install a sim card to obtain mobile internet service? If so, which US carriers are compatible with this device? I currently have T-Mobile. Also if so, is this 4G LTE compatible or 5G? If not, are you working on a head unit that will eventually be able to connect to 5G cellular data service?
      2: Can the OS be upgraded from Android 10 to a newer version of Android? Is there an option to order a device with a newer OS installed?

      I attached a photo of the center dash layout with my OEM tuner screen activated. I have the motorized screen that rises up from the upper center dash. However, I have no problem replacing all of that with a static 12.1 inch screen if everything is compatible. The bezel you have developed for the SRX looks fantastic! I love the possibilities this head unit has so far and am hoping to get positive feedback from my questions! Thank you!

      Do I need to purchase a new rear view camera for it to display my back up parking on the new screen, because currently my rear view mirror displays my car backing up? Also if I pay the $100 for shipping does it get here faster than a month? I have a Cadillac 2012 SRX.

      First of all, thank you for answering my product questions. I’m ready to purchase but when I went to check out, I noticed that shipping is extremely expensive ($103.77). I assume this must be air freight from China? I notice you have a local US warehouse. Would you happen to have this product stocked in your US warehouse to save some time and money? Or can you please provide me a coupon code for free or reduced shipping? I don’t mind paying a reasonable amount for reasonable shipping speed, but of course free shipping like Amazon Prime is much preferred. Thanks for whatever assistance you can provide.

      Please disregard my previous "PeoriaCaddy" question as it got cut off before I could complete my list as follows:

      Can I use the factory stock backup camera so I don't need to install a new one?
      Do I lose any of the stock functionality from the original dashboard buttons that are replaced, especially the hazard light button?
      Do I lose any of the factory stock side or rear proximity sensor feedback/warning sounds?
      I notice an optional "Universal 360deg Surround View Car Camera" for $46 -- do these cameras also work with the DVR for dashcam recording?

      I have a 2012 Cadillac SRX AWD Luxury Collection. Please let me know what additional details you may need to confirm the responses to my questions. Thanks!
