Q: How can I do a factory reset on the device? The phone application doesn't work I only get a blac screen so I can.t connect a new phone and I can;t make calls the phone is connected by bluetooth but even to anser calls I heve to use the phone the sound it comes out by the device please help PorAlfredo 31/07/2020
