I have an Audi A4 8B Wagon 2014 model. Can this replace the std. rear view mirror ?

I want to use this unit to replace the Audi rear view mirror. I have a custom upgrade for the MMI, using 12.5” touch screen and Car Play.
Using the mirror for rear view camera + front camera, keeps the main screen free and adds extra safety features I need. ( blind spot, etc ). Can the screen be used as a normal mirror ? Or is the rear camera image good enough to be used for rear viewing while driving ? If it all works together, I’ll then purchase the equipment in my cart.
