I have a 2005 BMW X3 with the standard business radio and no navigation. On my steering wheel I can control the volume up and down also previous and next buttons. Will this unit work in my vehicle and still have all the controls work on my steering wheel?

I currently have a 10.25 inch android display and it takes about 40 to 50 seconds to boot up and load everytime the car is started. Is this unit any different when installed in a BMW X3?
