Product says that it has Wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto, is this already built-in or does it have support for a Wireless Dongle meaning that I have to buy a Dongle for Wireless Android Auto?? I am trying to upgrade the old Navi system in the 2007 Honda Accord Euro.

will this unit control the air conditioner and all the other stuff the original one supported, are the plugs gonna be matched up and just plug right in to the car without modification. my system that i need is the one circled in the picture attatched. thank you
