Hi I have a Subaru Forester 2008-2012 Android 9.1 Car 9-inch Radio GPS with Mirror Link. My two questions are: 1) On the main screen can I change the vehicle speed displayed to reflect Miles per Hour (MPH)? Currently it shows Km/h. The actual navigation apps are set to MPH and work fine. 2) On this main page can I rearrange the icons? I would like to have the vehicle speed first then radio, etc. Many thanks for any advice you can give!

I tried downloading all recommended apps and I do not have Z box on my screen it is Z link and does not connect carplay. I purchased the dongle and I have not got it to work.
