Will this plug and play directly, replacing my factory RHB radio with Alpine speaker/subwoofer system? I see it works with steering wheel controls, but does it affect the functions of the steering wheel controlling the dashboard message system at all? And is it compatible with a factory rear seat DVD screen setup and backup camera? I have a 2012 Ram Laramine Longhorn, picture included. Thanks! So far I like the product and reviews are promising.
