i woul like to know if it is compatible with 2010 and also if the car has built in car play and if i need to buy a dongle?

Looking at the description it states this supports a 2013 Soul, however the button above the display (hazard button) is different in the 2013. The photo shown appears for a 2010-2011, the 2013 has the Eco and hazard buttons in a rectangular cutout rather than the half circle as this shows. Wondering if I could get a little more info as to how this fits in a 2013 model.
