Will i be able to continue using the stock CD player in my Honda Accord LX? will i have to retain the existing small LCD screen to keep that functionality, or can i just install the Seicane radio/screen, and throw away the current LCD screen rather than move it down to the bottom of the console? Q: What is the difference between models for a 2010 Honda Accord? What is the difference between: Model:H6045N, Model:H281N-L and Model:H281N besides the price? It appears that Model H281N-L and H281N have built in Apple Car Play. It seems that Model H281N has an upgraded processor. Is that correct? Do all 3 connect to the Honda Accord the same way?
