      Will this make unit be able to get radio stations? Any accessories you would recommend that don’t come with the unit?

      Will this unit work in my 2005 sl55 as a plug and play unit or will I need an "Optical Fiber Decoder Most Box"?

      yes, this unit can fit your car perfectly.
      if your car has optic fiber amplifier or harmon kardon system or bose sound system, you need to select the Optical Fiber Decoder Most Box from options.
      your plug is D2B, right?

      Three or four years I bought an seicane unit for my o3 sl500 mercedes and could not get any fm stations to come in. Will that be a problem with this unit as well.
