      I have a 2004 350Z roadster Convertible manual shift LHD---------will this fit & is it really Plug & Play-I have a unit coming for My 2008 H2 Hummer its suppose to be Plug & Play also ???--Trying to wait til it arrives to make it is Plug & Play----But again is this P & Play---???       The measure of the radio is the universal 2din. So I think there's no problem about that. The other question I have is if I'll have to make any modifications to the car or radio cables or if it's just plugging in the connectors and its done.

    • Mounting for Alfa 159, using a fitting frame

      Dear Seicane,

      I have 3 questions about this unit, would you answer them please?

      1. I want to mount this unit on an Alfa 159 for replacing the original OEM navigation, that is, your dedicated Alfa 159 doesn’t fit on my car, this is a 100% confirmed information. So the best solution is to install this universal unit instead, using a dedicated fitting frame. The only problem is that I have to remove the frontal plastic frame which surrounds the touch screen (fastened by 2 × 2 lateral screws) in order to best fit the fitting frame. Is it OK or removing the frame may damage the unit? Can you send me a photo with the frontal frame removed please?

      2. As I understand the car uses an UBX-G6010-ST chip for navigation. Does this unit receive any other satellites but GPS, e.g. Glonass, Beidou, Galileo?

      3. Does the touch screen display have IPS or other similar advanced technology for better color, contrast and viewing angle?
