Probleme Lenkradfernbedienung

das Radio / Navi ist passend für meinen Mazda 6 (GH) von 2008-2013, mein Mazda ist von 2009.
ich kann den Boardcomputer nicht mehr nutzen, eine Programmierung der Lenkradfernbedienung geht auch nicht, jedes mal wenn ich die SET Taste am Lenkrad drücke startet das Navi neu, es schaltet sich ab und startet neu. Frage, liegt es am Steckmodul für die Lenkradfernbedienung, oder warum geht der Boardcomputer nach dem Einbau des Radio / Navi nicht mehr? Das Navi ist das 9" Navi mit 1 GB RAM, schon mit Andorid 9 ab Werk, Version siehe Foto, das Modul für das Lenkrad kann ich im eingebauten Zustand nicht fotografieren. Das Radio / Navi habe ich erst letzten Samstag eingebaut.
Ich kann dadurch jetzt keine Einstellungen mehr am Boardcomputer vornehmen, so z.B. Fehler wie Reifenluftdruck zurück setzen, oder auch den Durchschnittsverbrauch zurücksetzen oder auslesen, und ich kann auch nicht die Uhr im Boarddisplay einstellen. Somit fehlen viele oder alle Funktionen des Boardcomputers. Das ist nicht gut!!! Es ist beim einbauen der Radio / Navi ein Stecker vom Original Radio frei geblieben, wieso das? Was kann ich machen?
