Return Policy


I have received a product with quality problem, what next?
Products with quality problems, including shipping damage, can be returned for a refund or replacement within 7 days.
Products with quality problems, including shipping damage, can be returned within 30 days for a replacement.
Products with quality problems, including shipping damage, can be returned within 365 days for repairs.
Please note: We only allow a complete refund for items with shipping damage or factory defects. Any defects not caused by Seicane will not warrant a full refund.

I have received a product with Incomplete Shipments, what next?
If the package doesn't include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and a partial refund will be issued.Please contact us immediately about retrieving the missing parts.

Can I send the product back if I am unsatisfied with it?
We only offer a return service for those items which are factory defective or incorrectly included in your shipment. Please read our Return Policy before placing your order.

If I receive a wrong item, can I return it for a refund?
In the event you receive the wrong item, please notify our customer service immediately. You will be asked to ship the item back to us, in which case we will refund your shipping cost. You may then request a refund or have us replace your erroneously shipped item with the correct one.


How about the warranty period?
We have our own QC to test and ensure all of our products 100% passed before shipment,but sometimes the problem caused by the incorrect installation or by the shipment on trip,so we supply 1 year warranty for all of our products(dated from the sign date on the package by the receiver),exactly 365 days from the received date.
1.This warranty does not cover the result from: accidents, unauthorized tamper or attempts to modify, use of third party accessories, direct or consequential damages.
2.We will not respond for any damage due to incorrect installation, Please do must read the user manual of the item carefully before installation and use; and invite an authorized technician to deal with the installation.
3.We don't respond for any custom duty or any external cost by the custom,our price is not included any tax,so the customer need to pay any custom tax or any other additional cost in the custom if needed in the customer's custom.

How about the warranty method?
1.We usually offer technical support to our customers as after-sale service.When there is any problems feedback, we will follow the problem and help our customers to solve it.
2.If the customers have his own technician who know to test and repair the unit with spare parts,we can supply the spare part which needed as support.For 100 pcs,we can offer 1% free spare parts,or the customers can buy extra spare parts from us at the material cost.And we can ship out the spare part to the customer with the next new order together.If the customer didn't have new order but need the spare parts alone,the customer need to pay the shipping cost for the spare parts.
3.If the customer can not fix the problem by his own technician,the customer can send back the defective unit by EMS to us(Please shipped back by EMS--Post Office only to Avoid the custom tax and problem) in the warranty for repair or replacement,we will repair it free of charge or replace a new one if can not be fixed,and then we will send back the package to the buyer by DHL/UPS/FEDEX/EMS,while the shipping cost is prepaid at our side.In this way, the buyer only need to pay for the shipping of sending back the unit to China.
What the customer need to pay for repair?
1.Custom duty and any cost by the custom in the customer's country.
2.Spare part material cost if the customer buy less than 100 pcs but need the spare parts for repair.If the customer buy 100 pcs,1% spare parts is supply as free support.
3.Shipping for the spare parts if the customer haven't new order to ship the spare part together but the customer need the spare part alone.
4.The shipping for the defective units returned to China if the customer need to send it back to China for test and repair.

What the Seicane will pay for repair?
1.The repair cost of the defective units returned to China( no matter how much it is),we will charge it for the customer if the customer send it back for repair.
2.The shipping for the returned unit  back to the customers from China( no mater how much it will be),we charge it for our customer who need to send it back for test and repair.
3.The custom tax and duty if the customer send back the units to China for repair,but please inform us and follow our return method before return  the defective unit,we just respond for the units which returned to us after confirm and follow our method.If the customer send back the unit without advance notice,we will ignore it without notice,the customer will be responsible for any tax or charge and problem if cause by the returned package.
