The sale department had a good & professional communication with me. They did answer polit all my questions fast with good follow up. I paid tax and fees in the Canada border but for fraction of price (look to the Seicane web site FAQ).
The head unit quality is good, It fits very well to my 2011 Mazda CX7. the 9" screen is big and suitable, clear, fast response. The Android is 11 and not 10, It had a GPS Navigation software loaded that works well but I use my phone connected map, Bluetooth works well, 3 USB inputs are tested, WIFI works well, I installed new applications (for App search I have to use voice). I use Carplay with my iPhone which connects automatically to my phone when I get to the car and I can call and answer phone calls with good voice and head unit microphone, it play music from USB key when call has finished. It supports 1080P and quality of screen and my back up camera installed is very very good compare to what I saw before. OBD2 supported and I installed from WIFI three applications which connects by OBD WIFI, (only you have to choose and turn on WIFI in the setting & connect to OBD first).
Still I have problem to connect the Steering Wheel Control, it is not Plug & Play. the Service or after sale department did help by telling me the change of one assigned wire to get connected to rear view camera, but they did not willing to support more and assist with more information about connecting my car CAN BUS and they offered me to ask an installer! I expected to be Plug & Play or need of some settings or providing the wiring diagram instead of just a photo of wires!
Overall, It works well and I recommend.
